SquadPlan ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information the app uses, how it is stored, and your rights regarding that information.
SquadPlan does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on our servers. We do not operate any backend servers or databases.
All data you enter in SquadPlan — including profiles, calendars, activities, and attendance records — is stored:
This data is governed by Apple's iCloud Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. We never have access to it.
When you choose to share a calendar with another person using SquadPlan's sharing feature, the calendar data is shared through Apple's CloudKit infrastructure directly with the people you invite. We are not involved in this transfer and have no access to the shared data.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third parties.
SquadPlan does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The only external service used is Apple's iCloud/CloudKit for optional data sync, which is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
SquadPlan may request access to your device's location to help you find nearby activities in the Discover tab. Location data is used only on-device in the moment it is requested and is never stored, transmitted, or shared.
If you enable reminders, SquadPlan schedules local notifications on your device. Notification data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any server.
You can permanently delete all your data at any time:
This removes all profiles, calendars, activities, and attendance records from your device and iCloud. This action cannot be undone.
SquadPlan does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. The app does not collect personal data from any users.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date at the top. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
